1. Store operator

This website and its digital product catalogue are operated by:

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to El Magico Beats, operated by the business identified above. These terms govern use of our website, customer accounts, digital delivery and product licensing.

2. Who sells your order

Eligible purchases made on this website are sold through Link using Stripe Managed Payments. Sold through Link, LLC (“Link SMP”) acts as merchant of record for those orders. Its Sold Through Link and Purchase Terms, together with any applicable local provisions shown at checkout, govern the purchase transaction, payment, applicable taxes, billing documentation and relevant buyer services.

We remain responsible for our product descriptions, digital content, applicable licenses, delivery and product-related support. Link's involvement does not eliminate statutory rights or our responsibilities under applicable law. Where Link's purchase terms govern an issue relating to the order transaction, those terms apply to that issue; these website terms govern our own services and licenses to the extent legally permitted.

3. Products and compatibility

We sell downloadable digital content, including audio samples, loops, MPC expansions, synthesizer presets and bundles. Each product page describes its contents, file formats, and any required third-party software, firmware or hardware. Third-party products are not included unless expressly stated. Check compatibility before placing an order.

Demonstrations are illustrative; the exact included files and technical requirements are those described on the product page. Product use is subject to our License.

4. Prices, checkout and orders

Product prices and currency are displayed before checkout. The final amount, including any applicable taxes or fees, is shown by Link before payment. Any currency conversion or payment-provider charges imposed by your bank are outside our control.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase under the applicable Link terms. The order is confirmed when Link accepts and confirms the transaction. Please check your order confirmation for the merchant-of-record identity, charged amount and transaction documentation. We do not issue a second customer-facing sales invoice for an order sold through Link.

5. Digital delivery

Following successful payment confirmation, we normally make the purchased files available without undue delay through download links sent to your order email address. If you have a store account, eligible purchases are also available in your library.

Email download links normally expire after seven days and work up to five times each, for security. Signed-in customers can re-download from their library up to 30 times per product per day. Files are not copy-protected (DRM-free). Expiry of a link does not by itself end a valid product license. You can request replacement links through Find my order. Contact us if delivery fails. Delivery may be delayed briefly by payment verification, technical incidents or anti-fraud checks.

6. Product licenses and updates

Buying digital content grants the license described in our License; it does not transfer copyright in the source sounds or presets. Corrective updates required by applicable law will be supplied as required. We may provide additional fixes or improvements without charge, but do not promise indefinite feature upgrades or compatibility with future third-party software or hardware versions.

7. Consumer rights, withdrawal and refunds

See our Refund Policy for cancellation, voluntary refunds and remedies for non-conforming digital content. The applicable Link checkout terms and country-specific consumer protections also apply. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections for qualifying sole traders under Polish law.

8. Accounts and acceptable use

You may purchase as a guest or register an optional account. You are responsible for keeping access credentials confidential and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. You must not misuse the website, circumvent access controls, distribute unauthorized copies of products, or interfere with other users.

We may restrict an account or download access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security incidents, or material license violations. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contest the restriction. A payment dispute alone does not establish wrongdoing. Account restrictions do not remove mandatory consumer rights or automatically revoke licenses lawfully retained under the applicable license terms.

9. Reviews

Only customers whose purchase we can verify may submit product reviews. We verify eligibility against store order records. We may moderate or remove unlawful, misleading, abusive or irrelevant content, but do not promise to publish every review. We do not pay for positive reviews or selectively present reviews as independently verified if they are not. See our Privacy Policy for personal data processing.

10. Availability and liability

We use reasonable care to operate the website and supply conforming digital content, but temporary interruptions may occur. Nothing here excludes liability for intentional wrongdoing, or any liability or statutory remedy that cannot lawfully be limited. Consumers retain mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence where applicable.

11. Changes and governing law

We may amend these terms prospectively, for example to reflect legal, technical or service changes. The terms applicable to an existing order or license remain those valid when it was placed, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or the customer validly agrees to a change. Polish law governs our website and licensing terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence.
